As an Energy Services Company, Proterima can design, implement and maintain energy upgrade projects and guarantee results. Draws up and signs the Energy Efficiency Contract which is used as a tool for financing energy projects and is usually of a triangular arrangement (customer – energy services company – bank).
The cost of implementing the project is usually borne by the private investor for part or all of the benefit resulting from the energy upgrade for a number of years. After the end of the contract (SOP) the project is delivered to the customer. The ESCO company designs, implements and maintains the project, guarantees its financial result-benefit and the proper operation of the systems to ensure the customer.
